UMAP — cross-conference atlas
A UMAP projection of the corpus into 2D + 3D: points that sit close together are semantically similar under the NeuroScape Stage-2 embedding. The NeuroScape PubMed corpus forms the backdrop and the OHBM 2026 abstracts are projected into the same space on top, so you can read where the conference sits inside the broader literature. Points are coloured by NeuroScape cluster (colour only — 0 clusters). Lasso on the 2D pane to filter the result list and facet counts to that region; click any point to open its detail panel; the 3D pane can be orbited and paused.
