UMAP — NeuroScape PubMed atlas
A UMAP projection of the corpus into 2D + 3D: points that sit close together are semantically similar under the NeuroScape Stage-2 embedding. Points are coloured by NeuroScape cluster (colour only — 0 clusters). Lasso on the 2D pane to filter the result list and facet counts to that region; click any point to open its detail panel; the 3D pane can be orbited and paused.
